PSL : Gould back at home
Former Bafana Bafana defender Morgan Gould is back at SuperSport after signing with the Tshwane outfit after being released by Kaizer Chiefs at the end of the season.
He went to become one of the best defenders partnering Thabo September , Ricardo Katza and enjoyed his football at the club.
Gould also captained Matsatsantsa and was rumoured to have been on the wanted list of EPL outfit Crystal Palace
After winning another PSL title with Matsatsantsa-A-Pitori the player was signed by Kaizer Chiefs to form a defense partnership with Eric Mathoho and the duo names Towers for their length heights.
He joined Amakhosi with an injury that saw him spend most of the time on the bench.
The player came back and started playing under Stuart Baxter but another injury struck and rules him out once again.
The player marks a return to Supersport and the club expressed their joy in welcoming him back.
He will team up with former Kaizer Chiefs teammates, Kingston Nkatha, Reneiloe Letsholonyane, Keegan Ritchie and coach Stuart Baxter.
The player expressed that he is happy to be back home and joined the club for their annual awards in which New Zealand striker Jeremy Brockie was crowned the club’s player of the season.
