NFD : The General Nengomasha signs with NFD outfit Igugu Lekapa
Igugu Lekapa are proud to announce that the club has signed former Kaizer Chiefs and Zimbabwe international midfielder, Tinashe Nengomasha.
Former Kaizer Chiefs, Bidvest Wits and Mpumalanga Black Aces midfielder Tinashe Nengomasha has signed with NFD side Cape Town All Stars.
The Zimbabwean international who is affectionately known as the General to the South African soccer fraternity was last on the books of Mpumalanga Black Aces where he failed to command a regular place in the AmaZion side and has not played a competitive game since the arrival of his former coach Muhsin Ertugral.
He has describe this as an opportunity to get himself back in shape and hopes to be a regular at his new club.
He furthermore expressed that he is joining a team with an aim to return to top flight football.
Nengomasha spent a highly successful decade with AmaKhosi, winning just about every domestic trophy on offer with the Soweto club and also being named the PSL Player, and Players’ Player of the Year.
The former Black Aces Harare midfield hard-man also represented Bidvest Wits and Mpumalanga Black Aces, and was a key member of the Zimbabwean national team for many years.

The player enjoyed his football career at Naturena when he was still with Kaizer Chiefs and was instrumental in the Amakhosi triumph of a double.
