Kaizer Chiefs have announced the signing of winger William Twala from Chippa United. The former Orlando Pirates player has joined on a two-year deal.

The deal will see David Zulu a player who was once on Chippa United books going back to Chippa after he failed to command a regular starting birth at Amakhosi.

The right winger has played for Wits Junior FC, Pirates juniors, Yebo Yes United, FC AK, Pirates and has two Bafana Bafana. The 25-year-old has made seven starts and four substitute appearances for Chippa in the league this season and has two goals and two assists.

Twala become one of the few players who have played for both Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs.

It remains to be seen if he will crack it at Amakhosi after he struggled at Orlando Pirates which led to him being loaned out.

We have seen players crossing from Chippa to Kaizer Chiefs the likes of Twala, Zulu and Manqele.
