SOUTH AFRICA EDGE TUNISIA TO REACH U23 AFCON SEMIS|

South Africa under 23 defeated Tunisia 1-0  at the U23 Afcon tournament on Friday to reach the semi final of the Afcon tournament. A single from goal from Menzi Masuku saw South Africa progress through to the semi final of the Afcon tournament in their final group game. . Both team showed great ability and were just unlucky to convert their chance until the winner from Menzi Masuku.

South Africa under 23 will now face Algeria in the semis and will look up to their striking force to deliver. This could prove to be an exciting semi final against Algeria.

A win will see the South African under 23 go to Rio for the 2016 Olympic games to be held in Brazil in Rio de Janeiro.

South Africa under 23  coach Owen Da Gama, praised his charges and delighted about the result. They showed great ability and finished their chance well. He also stated that they will approach the semi final against Algeria the same way as they did technically against Tunisia.
