PSL : Will Chiefs still sign Cheese Boy

Kaizer Chiefs confirmed the signing of William Twala from Chippa United yesterday afternoon. Chippa Mpengesi and Twala were present at the Amakhosi base camp in Naturena, when the player put his signature to paper on a two year deal.


Mamelodi Sundowns winger, Lebohang “CheesBoy” Mokoena has been expressing his desire to join Amakhosi since the 2014/2015 season due to lack of game time.

The player has been a target for Kaizer Chiefs and with his contract coming to an end at the end of the 2015/2016, the player will be free to join any club that requires his services. Mamelodi Sundowns coach, Pitso Mosimane has expressed that the player is part of his plans and since the club will be competing in the CAF Champions Cup.

Both players are former Kaizer Chiefs rivals Orlando Pirates graduates and have been deemed surplus by the club before off loading them. They started with the Pirates juniors under Palacious and were seen as the future of Pirates.
