Micho has confirmed that Rowen Fernandez is no longer Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Coach
The former Kaizer Chiefs keeper appointment at Orlando Pirates came at a shock for many and was disapproved by the multitudes of its fans.
Orlando Pirates goalkeeping department hasn’t been at its best and it comes as no shock the technical changes been made by the new head coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic.
“Rowen Fernandez is not with us, we have a new Goalkeeper Coach,” said Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic
The Buccanneers have conceded so many goals in the past season 2016/17. Even their coach Jackson Mabokgwane agreed that they needed to do better.
“On goals conceded, we have to work as a team to ensure that we don’t allow ourselves to be in that position again”.
Micho has brought in the Croatian goalkeeper coach, Ivica Vukusic to replace Fernandez’s replacement
Ivica was seen at Rand Stadium, Orlando Pirates ground training today with Bucs’ keepers going through their paces.
The Chairman Indicated when he unveiled Micho as a coach that, the team will have some technical changes as they looked to rebuild the team to be competitive.
