PSL : Former Pirates Legend Tebogo Moloi opt for Chippa United

Former Orlando Pirates player and assistant coach Tebogo Moloi  earlier this month expressed his desire to coach in the second tier, the National First Division and deemed himself ready to coach in the NFD.

The former Pirates assistant coach was recently with North West ABC Motsepe outfit Buya Msuthu as a technical director.

He joined the club after being left out of the Pirates senior team technical team and joined the North West club who are currently battling it out for a spot for promotion through play offs.

While waiting for a team in the NFD to approach him for his services as per his desire, Eastern Cape outfit Chippa United offered him a post as an assistant coach at the club known as Chilli Boys.

Chippa United mean business and they have started assembling a technical that will get the club ready for the 2017/2018 season after escaping relegation at the last minute.

Was Tebogo Moloi bringing to the club influenced by the fact that the club have quite a few players who played at Pirates under his assistant mentorship or will we see the club replace another former Pirates player in Dan Malesela as head coach?
