PSL : First half brace by Tendai Ndoro earns Pirates three points

A brace in two minutes by Tendai Ndoro was enough to earn Orlando Pirates their second win of the league against Ajax Cape Town at Cape Town Stadium
Ajax Cape Town dominated the ball possession as well as bossed the midfielder but it was Tendai Ndoro who make the difference
Orlando Pirates went into the break leading 0-2 and Ajax managed to pull one back courtesy of Paulse
The second half saw Pirates change gears into an ultra defensive mood
Felipe Ovono was dropped from the first 18 line up and he was replaced by Mhlongo in goals
Justice Tshabalala made his PSL debut in place of Ayanda Gcaba who didn’t make the day squad either as he partnered Gyimah in the heart of Pirates defence

Ndoro capitalised on some poor goal keeping and defence from Ajax after a great layoff to make it Pirates 1-0 Ajax
Two minutes later Manyisa dished off a brilliant pass to Tendai Ndoro and the Zimbabwean Striker grabbed his brace, Ajax 0 – 2 Pirates
Sikhakhane was brought in to replace Gyimah due to injury and possible second yellow
This meant a positional change at the back for Pirates with Mobara operating in the central defensive midfielder
Ajax Cape Town were now restricted to long shots and Losper was the main shooter

He started the move and quickly sneaked in between the two centerbacks of Justice Tshabalala and Happy Jele to head home and beat Mhlongo

Morrison picked up a yellow card for back chatting and as well he picked up an injury an was replaced with Thabo Qalinge
Mark Mayambela made his debut for Ajax Cape Town when he came on for Thabo Mosadi as De Sa pushed for the equaliser
Thabo Matlaba earned himself a yellow card for time wasting
Lebogang Mokoena as well made his debut for Ajax Cape Town when he replaced for Trayis Graeme
Mayambela brought life to the Ajax attack with his tricks and good run
Patrick Phugwanyo came in to replace Thabo Rakhale who a shadow of himself in the second half
Ajax sustained pressure in the last 10 minutes and the Pirates defence had to be in their elements not to conced as it seemed like most Bucs players were tired
Mzwakali should have made it 2-all but a great save by Mhlongo made sure that the score remained in favour of Pirates
