PSL : Chippa United wins case against Joseph Molangoane
Joseph Molangoane has lost his emergency application to the Premier Soccer League’s (PSL) Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) in the bid to get his clearance from Chippa United.
The 28-year-old had penned a pre-contract with Chiefs, but Chippa claimed that Molangoane has two years remaining on his deal at the Port Elizabeth club.
He made headlines in May when he was chased away from the Chippa dressing-room ahead of their game against Amakhosi at FNB after it emerged he had signed the pre-contract.
Molangoane then lodged a complaint with the Premier Soccer League’s Dispute Resolution Chamber and the seating was today.
Molangoane trained with Chiefs for a while last month but has since left.
Molangoane has been training with Africa Sport Youth Development Academy in Johannesburg in hopes of forcing a move to Amakhosi will now have to report to back to Chippa United immediately.
