PSL : Baroka FC announces 13 new signings
The 2015/16 NFD Champions Baroka FC from Limpopo announced 13 new signings ahead of their PSL Season.
Baroka FC have gone for players that they played against as opposed to the norm of signing the more experienced PSL players
Baroka FC has shown that they believe in unknown players who possess great abilities and skills and they have proved to be in touch with football in the lower ranks
Baroka United signed two players from Orbit FC one of the teams that took part in the ABC Motsepe National Playoffs this month, as well as two from another ABC Motsepe National Playoff Manco Milano from Free State Province.
The most exciting players they have signed are Tumelo ” Ma11″ Mogale and Sipho “Sgobe” Moeti who play for Black Poison in Kazi tournaments.
The two are know as the generals in the middle of the park and possess a huge array of Skills
Like Skhwama both Ma11 and Sgobe are crowds favourites
The other surprise signing was Richard Matloga one of the players that was influential in helping Highlands Park gain promotion to the PSL
Orbit’s assistant coach Godfrey Moilwa, confirmed the departure of the players from the club and says it is good for development.
“Yes, they have signed for Baroka this week, they will be playing there next season. We are happy with the progress our players have made over the years. It shows that we are really working very hard to produce the best players in the country,” said Moilwa.
“Tshepo is a really good central midfielder, he attacks and defends, and that is what makes him special, while Thabo is always firm at the back. They will add value at Baroka and we wish them all the best on their new journey.”
Baroka FC are also looking to keep the services of Siphamandla Sangweni and Jacky Motshegwa because the chances of the two getting game time at Pirates are slim
It was reported early that Jacky Motshegwa will be heading back to Bloemfontein Celtics but its believed Baroka FC could keep the player
