KaziFootball : Bongani Zulu Bafana & Downs star to hold Kazi tournament

Bongani Zungu a member of the current PSL champions is giving back to his community by hosting a soccer tournament

Venue : Ground 1 ( Bluegum View, Duduz Rand, Gauteng)

Mamelodi Sundowns star Bongani Zungu who is soon going to Europe will be hosting the annual Bongani Zungu tournament.

The tournament will take place in his hometown in Dududuza.This is the way the star wants to give back to the community and second edition of the Bongani Zungu Youth Tournament

The tournament will be divided into 5 divisions, u11, u13, u15, u17 and u 21.Under 11, 13 and 15 will play in a round-robin and the under 17 and 21 will be a knockout system.

The knockout system will be a to 16 knockout. System.

The finals of all divisions will be played at Duduza Stadium and the finalist will walk away with prize money, medals and new jerseys. There will be prizes for top performing players.

The player of the tournament and top goals scorer awards will also be available.

The Ka Bo Yellow star Bongani Zungu expressed the importance of having the youth active in activities and playing sport is one way that keeps them of street.

Furthermore, he expressed that this will unearth future stars and hope that some of the players will be signed with PSL clubs youth sides and the under 17 and U21 players get contracts with either Vodacom, NFD or even PSL clubs.

The midfielder maestro who has been off the field for the PSL recently crowned champions through injury will leave South Africa to join Portuguese club, Vitoria de Guimaraes FC.

He should be fully fit before departure to join his new teammates for pre-season
