The second edition of the Carling Black Label curtain raiser will take place in Soweto, Klipspruit at Nike Stadium.

Two of Soweto kasi football giants, Soweto All Stars and KenzaFootball Club will battle each other for the ultimate prize.

The match is a curtain-raiser to Carling Black Label Cup that houses two of South Africa PSL giants Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs. This year’s CBL Cup match between the two will be played on 30 July 2016.

The two teams are known to produce fireworks when the two meet. Last year’s encounter victors Soweto All Stars will want to have another win over their rivals.

While Kenza Football Club would want to redeem themselves and win it for their die-hard fans.

The two have already rubbed shoulders already this year at the ANC Kasi Football tournament in a match that saw All Stars come back from a goal down to force a draw that ended the game in penalties to win the game.

Soweto All Stars have enjoyed an upper hand over their rivals and hope to continue their reign over KFC.

Both teams players need no motivation for this encounter as they know what is at stake. Players like Karabo “Shakes” Mkhabela, Neo Marks and Khotso “Professor” Molefe of KFC will want to bring the magic again to their fans like they did last year only to lose the match 2-1.

All Stars are boosted and spoilt for selection as they have quality players who can deliver.

The likes of Linda “Tsiki” Shiba, Mthuthuzeli “Ballack” Nozibele and Siga “Sthepa” Mjita.

The match is expected to light up and produce fireworks. Soweto fans will be entertained again with real kasi football that has flair, technique, skill and goal scoring abilities.
