Tshwane outfit Mamelodi Sundowns could wrap up their qualification to the CAF Champions League final in the second leg of the prestigious tournament.

Mamelodi Sundowns will host Zesco United of Zambia whom they played away and lost the match 2-1. Khama Billiat’s goal in the 87th minute gave Downs hope that they can still progress to the final of the Africa’s most prized club competition. Hey have an advantage playing at home and a 1-0 win will see the current PSL go into the final.

Club President Patrice Motsepe has always expressed his desire for the club to win the competition and winning at home in the second leg of the semi final will be a step closer to reaching the dream of lifting up the trophy that has only touched South Africa once when Orlando Pirates won it back in 1995.

Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane will want to add this cup into impressive CV and believes his charges have everything to realize the club’s dream of lifting up the cup.
